Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BranchWise Watsonville Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

BranchWise Watsonville Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related services in Watsonville, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Weather conditions and emergency situations may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible to avoid potential cancellation fees.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and notifying us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions on your property. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during service delivery, but some impact to lawns and landscaping may be unavoidable when removing large trees or accessing difficult areas.

Please keep children and pets away from the work area during all tree service operations for their safety.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local regulations but cannot guarantee permit approval. Work may need to be postponed if required permits are not obtained.

Liability and Insurance

BranchWise Watsonville Tree Services maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed, or for pre-existing damage to trees or property that becomes apparent during service delivery.

Debris Removal

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove all tree debris from your property. Wood can be cut and left on-site for your use at your request. Additional fees may apply for hauling away large quantities of wood or debris.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available 24/7. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature and timing of the work. We will provide emergency pricing information before beginning work whenever possible.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, disease, pests, or other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
